The committee inquired into the government's reviews of, and long-term vision for, the National Broadband Network and the governance of NBN Co. The committee had particular reference to the establishment and outcomes of the government's strategic review and cost benefit analysis of the NBN and the conduct and findings of the government survey of the availability of broadband in Australia.
